Overview: 

This immersive, four-cycle micro-experience is designed to equip you with the essentials of agile project management through interactive, hands-on learning. Whether you’re an eager learner, a professional looking to upskill, an entrepreneur, or an innovator, this experience will provide you with practical tools to tackle real-world challenges. The objective is to help you think, act, and be agile, as well as become an effective member of an Agile Project team.

Outcomes: 

By participating in this micro-experience, you will:

  • Be able to adopt thinking and analytic styles appropriate for technology-enabled workplaces, professions and lives. 

  • Be able to participate in digital networks, collaborate effectively online and build trust with other collaborators or participants over digital medium. 

Structure and Duration: 

Each cycle includes reading or watching foundational concepts, followed by researching real-world applications. Additionally, you’ll develop your portfolio through hands-on practice and engage in peer-to-peer meetings or preparation. This will require 5 -6 hours per cycle.
