This immersive, two-cycle micro-experience is designed to equip you with the essentials of understanding the dimensions of culture through interactive, hands-on learning. Whether you are an eager learner, a professional looking to upskill, an entrepreneur, or an innovator, this experience will provide you with practical tools to address real-world challenges.

This micro-experience is designed to help you develop a critical understanding of cultural dimensions and their real-world applications through a combination of theoretical readings, reflective writing, peer dialogue, and intercultural simulations.

Structure and Duration: 

Structured into two interconnected cycles, the course follows an arc from introspective understanding to applied practice. The first cycle focuses on analysing culture both theoretically and reflectively, while the second cycle examines the implications of cultural understanding for leadership and everyday interactions. This will require 5 -6 hours per cycle.
